Please note that the majority of our shoes are custom made to order. This is why you are able to choose the style, color,
size and heel height of the shoe that you would like. We make the shoes in our own factory, we do not order them from
somewhere else and then ship them to you.

If you have never worn our shoes before, we ask that you work with a store in your area to obtain the proper fit.
Once you have done so, please support this store and order from them directly. Most stores will offer some type
of return policy, and unfortunately, we do not. Also, pricing and delivery time should be about the same whether
you order it from the factory or from a store.

If you order something from stock, we would most likely offer a refund or exchange as long as some basic
requirement were met.

1. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of shipping date, in original box, with a briefly stated reason
for return, and a valid return authorization number on the box.

2. SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR SOILED CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

3. If shoes are returned after the 14 day time period, before 30 days, and are in new condition, they will be subjected
to a $15 restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

4. Glide Dance Shoes reserves the right to refuse a return. Please feel free to call to discuss your order to make sure
that it will be returnable.
