Delivery charges
Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in
U.S. currency.
Methods of Payment:
Check * Money Order * MasterCard * Visa * Discover
- Personal checks must clear the bank before merchandise can be shipped.
- Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and charges do not require a waiting
period.
- For Rush orders, there is an additional fee of $15 per pair. For rush
delivery, orders can be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air at $10.75 for the first pair and $3.50 for each additional pair.

Shipping and Handling
- All orders within the U.S. will be shipped using UPS
 or DHL.
- Shipments outside the United States of America may be subject to local
import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Shipping will be calculated using the total number of items in your
order.
Depending
on the time of year, most orders will be shipped
within 4 to 6 weeks.
Returns
/ Exchanges
Please note that most shoes are made to order.
This is why we are able to offer you choices
in styles, materials, heel heights, etc. If
you need to return a pair of shoes, please
call for return authorization number and return
address. Returns and exchanges must be made
within 14 days of shipping date, in original
box, with a briefly stated reason for return,
and a valid return authorization number on
the box. SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR SOILED
CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.
If shoes are returned after the 14 day time
period, before 30 days, and are in new condition,
they will be subjected to a $15 restocking
fee. No returns will be accepted after 30
days. Glide Dance Shoes reserves the right
to refuse a return. Please feel free to call
to discuss your order to make sure that it
will be returnable. * * Purchaser is responsible
